Along with more than 20 years of customer service experience—including a decade in management and human resources—I also bring hands-on knowledge of how homes function. Over the years, I’ve gained practical experience in many phases of home structure and maintenance, including roofing, windows, doors, electrical systems, and HVAC. Therefore, I do understand these systems well enough to help clients spot potential issues, recognize quality workmanship, and feel more informed during walkthroughs and inspections. This understanding allows me to advocate for you more confidently and guide you with clarity when it matters most.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband and father of four, and family is at the heart of everything I do. My wife and I co-founded United We Stand Community Assistance Center (UWS CAC) in Lyons, where we focus on supporting individuals and families with the resources and connections they need. That work keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of why service matters—why treating people with care, respect, and honesty is so important.
